There are a number of considerations that will apply to most second-hand mini digger purchases, with main one being exactly what you need the digger for. If you need it for one specific type of job, then you may find that you can manage with a simpler, older version of mini digger. If, however, you are looking for an adaptable mini digger that could do a range of jobs for you, then it may well be worth looking at some of the newer possibilities that have a larger range of features.

Mini diggers are generally between two and six tonnes in weight. A poorly fitted pair of boots is not only uncomfortable to wear, but they look bad as well. High street boots tend to come in generic sizes with little thought given to any ‘human’ variation except (occasionally) wider foot fittings. The problem with boots is that the whole leg has to fit, not just the foot. If the boot leg is too wide the leg does not support the body of the boot, the leather will crease and the life of the boot will be shorter. It also means that there’s a big gap between the leg and the boot, allowing the cold air and wet to seep in – both uncomfortable and again damaging to the boot itself. If the leg fit is too tight it restricts the wearer to having the boot leather against bare skin which can be uncomfortable and, as the current trend is for skinny jeans or trousers to be tucked inside the boot, limiting to how the boot is worn. A tight fit can also restrict the blood flow down the leg to the foot, which can lead to the boots feeling ‘cold’ to wear. So it is important that the fit of the leg is just right for each individual wearer. The expensive alternative is to have a pair of women's boots tailor made, which will give you a pair of boots that will last for years but restrict you to one particular style. With such a range of fittings there are bound to be a pair that will fit almost any leg perfectly, so it pays to shop around.

Another important consideration when finding the perfect pair of boots is the length between the ankle and the knee. A knee length boot that is too long will push against the kneecap and become uncomfortable, possibly even rubbing the skin and making it painful. Mid calf boots are an alternative, but the choice is down to the individual. There are knee length boots that have a roll-down option, allowing a greater flexibility in how the boot is worn. Ankle boots should fit snugly around the ankle, giving plenty of support for the delicate bones and tendons in this area, particularly if the boot has a high heel.

There is no doubt that China's neighbor, Japan, is taking on a substantial hit in the sub prime crisis but what exactly can investors in the Chinese markets expect? Let's evaluate some facts…

1) Bank of China Ltd (Claim to fame other than its large holdings: Largest IPO on Chinese bourses in 2006) holds $9.7 billion securities which are related to the subprime sector in the US. This constitutes 3.5, 2007 came close at heal at 90%....not only these rises are unnatural, they do not offer any support point to the index. Subprime may just the one issue which can topple China's wild stock run.
6) Bank of China Ltd has set aside a mere $150 million to help set off losses due to sub prime. Needless to add, analysts are not even considering this figure while doing the math!

China has dependency on the American economy is higher than that of its neighboring country and thus sub prime is likely to have a lasting impact on the economy…the current situation of the Chinese markets is just the starting and is giving a taste to Chinese investors as to time to come. Not only are Chinese companies overvalued, they are dependant and rarely do many of them have a Plan B.

China has large dollar reserve and direct holding of more than $700 billion dollars of US debt is the real threat as what is considered to be assets are actually loosing its value over passage of time. Minor irritants such as constant beating down of China on terms of quality of production, lack of high quality research and development and failed mergers and acquisitions feel small in front of the sub prime and US debt giants. The rise in cost of debt internationally and inflation by way of rise of prices in basics such as food grains does nothing to help matters at this stage.

However, there is a growth story in China which comes from within and is not directly affected by the sub prime crisis. Chinese Government needs to work hard at absorbing some of the sub prime loss via its huge foreign exchange reserve (and dump some of the dollars while it is at it) and gets its own finance companies and institutions back in line. As United States looses its sheen as an investors' haven for Eastern financial managers, the East will see lot more Foreign Direct Investments coming in in the next few quarters.
